Hey ya'll,
I hope you all had a great weekend! I definitely had a great weekend, filled with good company, Foxfield Derby Race, road trips, & all things preppy! I will post early this week about my derby experience! While I can't sleep I decided to go and purchase some of the SoPro items I have been

I wanted the neon pink hat, but remembered my dad had just gotten me one at the Masters!
I liked a couple others, but come to think of it I might have switched to the white hat! Oh my 1:30 am is getting the best of me!
I had to get the bow tie SoPro shirt as well!
I have been trying to get it back home at a store that carries it, but they never seemed
to have my size!

I'm gonna stop by Southern Marsh this week as well to pick up a hat! I am in awe of their seer sucker visor, but I'll leave that for the fellas!

Change in Plans!

This week has been crazy!
I had so much fun with all my friends celebrating my 21st birthday!
My friends from home came to Lynchburg and threw me a surprise party at my apartment.
All my closest friends from here came and helped bring in my birthday Friday.
Saturday was spent celebrating my actual birthday by going to the pet store, Bojangles, and me working my very first fashion show! Lots of fun last night as well with two of my closest friends here.

Last weekend I made a big decision....
I'm staying in Lynchburg another year! Since I'm graduating a year early, I feel like I have this year to
decide what's next. In the meantime, I will be starting graduate school & working either at LU or a part time job here in the Burg.

It will be a great year. New apartment. New roommate. CANNOT WAIT.

Here are a few pics from my surprise party!

My future roomie! Friends since freshman year!

My friends that came up to surprise me!!!

Last Friday Night

I have been super busy when it comes to my social life lately.
It seems as if everyday it is four or five things I have to get to or do.
Dont get me wrong, I am happy and thankful.
Last Friday was a special day!
It was my last Coffeehouse at LU! Coffeehouse is the biggest even at LU & everyone is so excited
for it every semester. It is hard to explain, but coffee has nothing to do with it.
After we went to my friend, Breck's house! Check her blog out at:
Show her some love!
Here are a few of the pictures from Friday!

Before dinner!

Breck & I! Picking up our friend Stephanie.
Ps...think the tanning bed has lightened my hair enough, ha!

I am obsessed with that TB belt.

We took Stephanie to enjoy Bojangles for the first time!

We went up to LU's snowflex to look at the city. Our snowflex makes it where
we can ski or snowboard all year long! It's great to sit in the lodge and watch!

Last weekend was great, but this weekend will be better!
It is my birthday Saturday and I am working my first fashion show!
Busy, but fun!

Hello, Goodbye

Hello Lovelies,
I am sorry for my lack of posts. This is my final month before my college graduation.
Needless to say it is busy, busy, busy. Between my school work, I'm trying to balance, family, friends, my social life, extra credit, volunteer work, etc. The list could go
on for days. I wish it would slow down a little just so I could enjoy my final month here.
Deans list is just in my grasp if I could just hold on for one more month.
My social life is busting at the seams lately, which is great but adds to my busy life.
A lot is ahead of me in the next five weeks. I will turn 21, finish my undergraduate degree,
graduate, say goodbye to an era, a town, & some wonderful memories.
I'll pack up apartment 30 and move. I'll say goodbye to the most precious little thing & possibly one
of my most favorite things about this apartment, "my" cat.
I'll drive through LU one last time as a student, before becoming an alumni.
I'll say goodbye to some great friends, friends that will be in my life forever now.
With all those goodbyes, I have a lot of hellos to look forward too.
I'll move home and say hello to the family I didn't get to see everyday while here at college.
I'll get to have lunches/dinners/movie dates with my best friends at home. That in itself
is a reason to be excited for my move, because quite honestly I hit the friend jackpot.
I'll say hello to a new chapter. I'll start graduate school. I'll start searching for jobs and career possibilities. I'll say hello to new places, new restaurants, new clothes, new everything.
While one beautiful chapter is ending, another will begin.
This next chapter will be the one where I could meet the love of my life, get married, start a family, have a career, have a house. The possibilities are endless. & if you know anything about me, you know I loveeee playing the what if game.
I'm excited, anxious, scared, happy, sad, worried, nervous, pumped, and all kinds of other emotions.
Here we go, the next month will be one that defines the next chapter.
